Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact our Customer Care team with your order details.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 10-12 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Exclusions
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
